Feature : Mesh Importer's Autogenerate Preview Image Support

Ioncycle can i ask you for something?
 
If you have time can you investigate how can we create a screenshot of a mesh from top down, fixed distance, ortographic projected camera on Axiom.
I have tried to set camera to ortographic but i failed a few months ago. If you also cant achive that maybe we could report that to Borrilis or Andris11.
 
I want this for to gain the preview images of meshes automaticaly while we exporting them. Preview images are the images you see on the editor (and map of the game)

I think preview images could be good for inventory items too? Sometimes it's even good to have 3D representation I think. I am not sure if Orthographic works or not I will test it now. Maybe just post it on their forum.

These setting seem to work decently so far:
        m_camera = SceneManager.CreateCamera("CamRam");          
        m_camera.ProjectionType = Projection.Orthographic;
        m_camera.Far = 100000f;
        m_camera.Near  = 100f;
        m_camera.FOV = 45f;
        m_camera.FixedYawAxis = Vector3.Zero;
        m_camera.Rotate(Vector3.UnitX, 90f);
        m_camera.LookAt(Vector3.Zero);
        m_camera.AutoAspectRatio = true;

Can Ioncycle prepara a util application that can produce preview bmp or png image of a mesh from always top-view?

There are our mesh samples in RPG_Demo/Media/Meshes that you can test it with them

ex : a console .exe that takes:
-mesh "mesh file path"
-image "image file path to extract"
-imagewidth "width of image"
-imageheight "height of image"

The main bulk of OrthoSnapper has been uploaded now. It is giving an error on compile but the basics of andris' Axiom wiki tutorial code are in.
