CreateMap() and CreateGoal()

CreateMap() is almost done and is starting to look great, I will post some screenshots soon. You should be able to have different sized modules in it  on this release or next. We can add batching and some decent looking meshes next as well as update everything to Axiom Final.

The memory leaked was being caused by SetHeightAt() and everything is error handled pretty well now so it wont get allot of of stalling and that garbage.

I have also added  CreateGoal() method now that can be used with Axiom UI or GUIDance. You should be able to add certain types of missions you want however detailed and then choos the randomization level. So you can be totally specific or not.

Also we probabaly wont need any extra XML since all of the media is handled through Axiom Configuration. And if you want layered classes for media then maybe best to do that in the WorldEditor and not SmartMap? Not sure.
